Multi-Level Lake Escape

This property is spacious and private, with ample seating and dining areas both inside and out. Ideal for large families with varying ages to come together for vacation but still have their own area to retreat to when desired. There is a 2-story, 4-bedroom home with each level of the home containing two bedrooms, bathroom(s), living room with 70″ flat screen televisions, free cable, and free Wi-Fi, dining area, and a kitchenette or full kitchen. Then, just steps away from the lower level entrance of this main home, there is an additional 1-bedroom guest house with its own full kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, dining area, laundry, and two full bathrooms.

Connecting these two homes is a level, stone patio space complete with table, chairs, fire-pit, gas grill, and full-sized refrigerator. From this patio, nice, wide stairs lead guests down to an expansive, private boat dock & sun deck area with one jet-ski lift and two boat slips available should guests wish to bring or rent watercrafts. There is another large dining table with chairs on the boat dock and an additional refrigerator conveniently within the boathouse. 

Quiet, residential neighbors are to each side of this vacation rental but are over 50 yards away in both directions, ensuring a peaceful stay for our guests. Wooded area and vineyards are behind the home, which keep it secluded, even though it is centrally located in the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.
