Terms and Conditions

Deposits & Payments:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation and is charged to the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card you provide. The remaining balance is due 1 month/ 30 days prior to check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.

Room Occupancy:
Total occupancy is 20 people, which can consist of a maximum of 18 adults and 2 children.

Minimum Stay
3 nights during off-peak season, 7 nights during peak season (Summer)

Check-In & Check-Out Policy:
Check-In time at 4:00p.m.
Check-Out time is any time before 10:00am.

Open Season
Mid-March through December

NOTE:  Seasonal closure during winter months of January and February

Disabled Access
Those with limited mobility will be able to easily access the first floor of the home, which does have a bedroom and bathroom.  However, none of the bathrooms are built with A.D.A. fixtures.

Pet Policy
Only Service animals (Not E.S.A.) are allowed and documentation must be provided prior to stay with us.
